Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.~ Kahlil Gibrah
My old-fashioned custom handcrafted handmade natural products are created in small batches using a variety of natural oils, butters & botanicals.
I work with herbs of least contradiction. I try to create formuIas for people that are already on loads of medication. My products are designed so that the client can some relief without adding more medications or to decrease the ones they are on. They are to help balance the cocktail they are on. A Botanical Band aid so to speak.
I try to use only ethically harvested ingredients. And am continuing to switch over to organic. At times this can be difficult.
Most essential oils are in danger due to over use and over harvesting. I try to be very respectful when I am using those oils. I will continue to find a renewable source when possible for these essential oils.
I only use Organic palm, Rosehip, Evening Primrose oils in my herbal products.
So, rest assured, with the use of organic palm you will not be a contributor to deforestation of tropical regions. The hempseed oil is wild harvested. The beeswax is local to Catskill NY.
They are made with the very best Essential Oils. Most are organic and I am continuing to switch over.
These products are made for people who are struggling with illness. So please respect my work and look into the herbs and oils I use before buying my products. They are made for people already stricken with terminal illness or serious issues when they are having trouble adjusting or adding medications. Or where medication is not working.
All soaps, salves and lotions have been made with the finest ingredients available and are 100% natural. No chemicals or artificial ingredients will be found in these bars.

My maternal grandparents were both very gifted with the plants and vegetables as well as cooking . The owned there own tavern. My grandfather was an old Irish farmer and taught me how to use the gifts from the ocean as fertilizer for my gardens along with his stories of capturing mermaids and understanding the Celtic ways. My grandmother Was an amazing cook as well as flower gardener. She loved the smell of roses and a good pot roast cooking. She was the first person to bring the flowers to me. Along with my late Uncle and God Father, Val Gallagher, founder of The China Trade Bonsai Society, a non-profit organization founded in 1998. He taught me everything is possible by teaching me how to make a big tree fit into a small pot. My late God Mother Bernadette Gallagher Conahan, gave me confidence and courage. Always supporting me and loving me through it all! Good and Bad!
My paternal great great grandmother was a medicine woman of the Mohegan long house. Her daughter as well as granddaughter were both very gifted. They were active horticulturist winning many awards for their gifts.
The biggest influence on me was my parents. My Mom was the most amazing horticulturist I knew. People came from miles around to see her gardens and receive her maternal support. She brought the flowers to me to learn from. She was also the most amazing cook. I still count on her recipes, they are tried and true. She also taught me compassion and dedication.
Up to the day he died, my Dad was and will always be my sweet heart. He gave me unconditional love and support and a few of his cynical ways. Their lives taught me to steadfast and believe, But most importantly how to love my children with all my heart.
I have a beautiful and supportive Husband. We have grown together like an old tree since 1981. We have two amazing sons Brian and Matthew. They are totally awesome inside and out. Last but not least Madison Jane Orr was born on June 5, 2009 to Brian Orr jr. what a gift to be given.
